A Winged Woman

It was lovely to work with the amazing Marian Consort and director Rory McCleery in Aberdeen in 2021, the result of which was my work Canticum Mariae Virginis (2021). It has been great that the group have performed the work several times since and also recorded it for this wonderful album. As well as my piece, there are also pieces by MacMillan, Skempton and lots of my contemporaries (as well as many much younger than me…). This lovely recording is available to download and stream from all the usual places from the 20 October.
